This amazing seminar provides a safe and loving space where we will explore key life questions opening up our hearts and minds to wonderful new possibilities for designing your legacy.
We will be focusing on the total alignment and wellness of your body, mind and spirit, while we explore the mysteries and treasures abundant throughout your personal and professional journey.
We will provide you with the tools that are key to understanding how you show up in your own life and in the lives of others. You will create a life action plan that provides you clear and decisive direction to influence the living legacy you choose for yourself.
We will explore:
· How you show up in life (How others see you and feel your presence)
· Finding your true self (Who are you?)
· Getting the most out of your life and work
· What it means to take care of you
· Balancing giving and taking in your life
· Aligning a healthy mind, body and spirit
· Where and how health, love and wellness fit into your life
· Your legacy intentions
We will use a journal as a development tool, use creative processes, music, dance exercise, art, individual reflection, self-caring techniques and meditation as learning modalities you can apply to your personal life and your work life.
Outcomes: your personal gift to yourself of clarity and total body wellness, understanding and direction that provides you with your personal guide for living your life in the way you intend as defined by you.
